1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapPlumb ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SnapPlumb is operated by SnapPlumb ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

SnapPlumb provides plumbing businesses with a professional website, lead management dashboard, SMS notifications, and related tools on a subscription basis. The Service is intended for use by plumbing businesses operating in the United States.

3. Subscription & Billing

SnapPlumb offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your site and data will be preserved for 30 days after trial expiry.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. To request a refund contact us at support@snapplumb.com within 14 days of your charge.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published on your SnapPlumb site, including business information, service listings, and communications with customers. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Lead data submitted through your site belongs to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPlumb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
