We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), and Paddle (payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

SnapPlumb is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
